Every EMI Masterclass is delivered by a hybrid team — a former exam board examiner paired with a carefully selected Russell Group Scholar (Masters, PhD or Senior Undergraduate). Neither delivers what the combination does.

The examiner provides hard mark-scheme authority. The Scholar provides recent, personal examination experience and aspirational peer modelling. Together they deliver three things no one-to-one session can replicate: examiner precision, elite peer mentorship, and collaborative pod dynamics.

Pods are deliberately sized at 6–8 students — the exact number required for peer calibration to work without anyone being lost in a crowd.
